Patriots Memorial Park in North Andover will be the site for this year’s annual Spring Cleanup Day, scheduled for Saturday, May 14 from 9 a.m. to noon. Patriots Memorial Park is located along the streets of Middlesex and Greene, behind Stevens Memorial Library.
In an effort to stay coordinated, the Friends of Memorial Park will hold a planning meeting at Stevens Memorial Library, located at 345 Main Street, on Thursday, May 5 at 7 p.m.
Anyone who is interested in this year’s Spring Cleanup Day is encouraged to attend the planning meeting as well as the May 14 cleanup date. Volunteers are asked to bring gloves, rakes, clippers, trowels and other lawn and garden tools. In case of inclement weather, a rain date has been set for May 15 from 1 to 4 p.m.
