Are you considering the purchase of a home in the Chelmsford area? On Tuesday, May 10, Enterprise Bank will be hosting their next session in their complimentary mortgage information seminar series. The seminar on May 10 will present “Discovering Housing Opportunities in the Chelmsford Market.”
The seminar will be held at the Chelmsford Library in the Chelmsford Center, located at 25 Boston Road. The event is scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. and light appetizers will be served for attending guests. Several featured speakers will speak on the current Chelmsford housing market and offer advice on becoming a homeowner.
The evening will feature guest speaker Elizabeth Phelan, the Mortgage Lending Manager, VP at Enterprise Bank, who has over 20 years of mortgage lending experience. Georgi Mueller and Nancy Palma of Front Door Realty, LLC will also be featured guests of the seminar and will detail the process of buying a home. David Hedison of the Chelmsford Housing Authority will also present on the affordable options in the Chelmsford housing market.
