Singing Bowls Performance at the Townsend Library on May 13

Singing bowls, or the act of producing sound and vibration from the rims and sides of standing bells, can be engaging and relaxing. Bindy Johnson is taking her meditative and inspiring singing bowls act to the Townsend Library on Friday, May 13 at 7 p.m.

Bindy has performed at the Townsend Library in the past and has had great success with prior performances. On Friday, she will give an hour-long performance to an audience of 70 bodies at rest, meditating on yoga mats. The performer hopes to alleviate stress and reinvigorate her listeners.

The free performance has already filled up within four days of advertising and should prove to be a relaxing and revitalizing experience for all those who attend. In addition to the May 13 performance, Bindy Johnson will also bring her singing bowls to Lancaster and Tyngsboro in the coming weeks.
