Winter at the Westford Farmers Market will continue every Saturday through March 31 featuring seasonal produce, crafts from local vendors, local wine, baked goods, homemade fruit spreads, handcrafted chocolates and caramels and pottery from local artisans. The market also offers an interactive children’s program, live local entertainment and bagels, coffee and breakfast pastries for adults. The market is free and open to the public from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday at Eric’s Garden Center in Westford.
The Westford Farmers Market is a non-profit organization run solely by volunteer efforts and sponsored by donations. The market supports the Upcycle Program, collecting recyclable material to raise money for Westford schools. To date, over $4,000 has been raised for the Westford school system and has kept over 2,000 lbs. of trash from entering landfills.
The market has a centralized location that features a wide array of artisans who create soaps, jewelry, magnets and pins, natural skin care products and even services from a local henna tattoo artist to support the local community. Those looking to feature their goods or services in the market can submit an application via their online application.
The Westford Farmers Market is located at 68 Boston Road in Westford and those looking for more information are encouraged to email email@example.com.
