The Salem Boys and Girls Club hosts grade specific “Fun Nights” every month where children are able to meet with other kids to participate in events such as swimming and open gym. During this event, kids will also have access to the game room. The next “Fun Night” is for fourth and fifth graders on Friday, January 20 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Salem Boys and Girls Club at 3 Geremonty Drive.
Fun Nights are well-supervised events open to all children. Parents can register their children online for this event in order to receive a discounted admission price of $5 per child or can pay at the door for $7 per child on the day of the event. This event is one of many community programs the Boys and Girls Club offers in order to provide a safe place for children in the community to grow and develop while having fun. The Boys and Girls Club provides many activities for local children including after-school enrichment programs, summer camps and child memberships.
The Salem Boys and Girls Club is always looking for community involvement, offering several volunteer opportunities. Please visit the volunteer section on their homepage for a downloadable version of the volunteer application. You can also view more information on their Planned Giving program, ways to donate and upcoming events.
