Chad F. LeBouf Scholarship Fund at Leominster Enterprise Bank

The newly formed Chad F. LeBouf RN, MSN Scholarship Fund is accepting donations at the Leominster branch of Enterprise Bank to provide financial assistance for individuals looking to enter the nursing field. The scholarship was established in memory of 32-year-old Chad LeBouf who tragically lost his life in a roadside accident.

Chad, a nurse by profession, went out of his way to help others in need. He often took jobs in his profession that others shied away from, including a position at a prison and a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center in Leominster. Chad sought the best in people – even when they were at a low point in their lives.

Throughout his life, both Chad and his wife, Amy-Sue LeBouf, would always stop at the scene of motor vehicle accidents to ensure the safety and well-being of those involved. Amy was told that at the scene of her husband’s accident, there were several people who stopped, including one male nurse who was first on the scene.

To honor Chad, people are encouraged to make donations in his name to the Chad F. LeBouf RN, MSN Scholarship Fund to help others with the same selfless and caring nature reach their fullest potential. Donations may be made courtesy of John Perry, 161 Harvard St. in Leominster, MA 01453.
