The U.S. Air Force Band of Liberty is a prestigious group of 45 active duty personnel assigned to two unique ensembles – the Afterburner and the Concert Band. Originally known as the 541st Air Force Band from Luke Air Force Base in Arizona, the unit relocated to Pease Air Force Base in 1978 and was later renamed in 1991. Performing over 400 shows and concerts each year, the U.S. Air Force Band of Liberty fosters a greater understanding of excellence and true patriotism by performing for both civilian and military audiences each year.
