Enjoy an evening out for A Child’s Light Fundraising Event on Friday, April 27 from 7 to 10 PM at Lenzi’s in Dracut, MA. All guests are encouraged to dress casually for the event and come prepared to support a wonderful organization founded specifically to raise awareness about child abuse and neglect both within our communities and beyond. The fundraiser will feature a silent auction, as well as delicious hors d’oeuvres, great company and a collective spirit of caring and giving.
A Child’s Light was founded in June of 2011 and has been working hard since its inception to eliminate the prevalence of abuse and neglect of children including but not limited to physical, emotional, educational and sexual abuse. The organization’s mission is to inform the public that prevention of abuse and neglect decreases lifelong destruction for children and promotes overall well-being. Focusing specifically in the Eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire areas, A Child’s Light encourages the community to recognize the signs of abuse and neglect before they happen so it may be prevented.
Tickets for A Child’s Light Fundraising Event are just $25 per person, and all proceeds will fund the organization’s efforts to end child abuse and neglect.
