Walking Program at Rotary Common Park in Nashua

This summer, the Nashua Parks and Recreation Department will host a free walking program at the Reflection Garden and Labyrinth at Rotary Common Park in Nashua, NH across the street from Globe Plaza. Walks will take place at 9 AM every Tuesday and Thursday through the summer starting June 5th. The goal of this fun-filled program is to provide participants a chance to relax and enjoy the simple beauties of life a couple times per week. Walking through the gardens and labyrinth, participants can feel energized and relieved from the stress of daily life.

The Nashua Parks and Recreation Department is dedicated to improving the city’s programs and make life better for the community of Nashua. By using unique ideas to create the best facilities and events for the people, they hope to provide ample recreation opportunities for those of all ages. They incorporated a Labyrinth into this walking program because it is an idea found in several cultures throughout history as a symbol for the movement of life. The program is designed to give people a break from their hectic schedules to simply appreciate life, so the labyrinth is a perfect theme.

There is no cost to attend these walking programs. If you have any questions regarding the walking program, please contact the Parks and Recreation at (603) 589-3370.
