J&F Farms’ annual Strawberry Fest will be taking place on Saturday, June 16 from 10 AM until 2 PM at 124 Chester Road in Derry, NH. J&F Farms will be giving away fresh strawberries and ice cream all day, so bring your sweet tooth to this fun event!
Whether you have kids or if you’re just a kid at heart, there will be fun and free activities such as a petting farm, a display of antique tractors and Cow Plop Bingo. In this farm-themed variation of the traditional game, players win if a cow “plops” on their spot on the gridded field. This is a great family event in which both children and adults can celebrate summer and strawberry picking season.
J&F Farms has been a family-owned local business since 1906. They operate a farm stand from May until Christmas where they sell farm-fresh eggs, beef, pork, chicken, seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as various other farm products. J&F Farms also runs seasonal attractions including an ice cream stand in the summer and a corn maze in the fall. Even though the farm stand closes at Christmas time, J&F Farms takes phone and email orders throughout the winter.
