David Curley 5K Memorial Road Race

David Curley 5K Memorial Race in Haverhill, MAThe David Curley 5K Memorial Road Race, “Be a Champion,” will take place Thursday, July 12 at the Trinity EMS Stadium in Haverhill, MA beginning at 6:30 PM. This race is just one in a series of YMCA of the North Shore‘s road races. This particular road race will honor the memory of David Curley who passed away earlier this year. Running was one of his greatest passions, and he always enjoyed bringing his family and friends on a run with him. All proceeds and donations from this 5K road race will stay within and benefit the Haverhill YMCA community.

The YMCA of the North Shore Road Race Series began in 2006 with the help of the New England Running Company to provide a great running experience for all ages and skill levels. The road races support “Y for All,” the YMCA financial assistance program. Last year, the money raised was distributed to over 6,500 kids in need in the North Shore area, totaling approximately $2 million used in the programs and services that YMCA uses to help those in need.

You may register for The David Curley 5K Memorial Road Race online at the North Shore YMCA website.
