Enterprise Bank’s Non-Profit Collaborative (NPC) series will be Thursday December 6th. The presentation will be given by Dr. Calvin Hill, Director of the Office of Diversity, Inclusion and Equal Opportunity at Worcester State University. He will speak on Diversity in the Workplace.

Dr. Calvin Hill will give a presentation that focuses on tools for personnel in supervisory roles around cultural diversity management, including identifying and addressing personal and cultural barriers that may impact your performance in your supervisory capacity.
